Return & refund policy

At Golden Vine, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a piece might not be exactly what you envisioned. Please review our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.

Our 7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@goldenvine.in.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our specified address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving our instructions will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and make it right for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased during a sale or promotion, or on gift cards. These items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Our Tree Planting Initiative & Returns

Our commitment to planting a tree with every order above INR 1000 is a core part of our mission. However, if a product is returned for a refund, we will unfortunately not be able to fulfill the tree planting pledge associated with that specific order. This is because the initiative is tied to a completed and retained sale. If you opt for an exchange of equal or greater value, the tree planting pledge will remain active for the original qualifying order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
