We currently ship to addresses throughout India. We are continuously working to make our beautiful collections accessible, and we'll update this policy if our shipping regions expand.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Standard Shipping:
For orders below INR 500: A flat shipping fee of INR 70 will apply.
For orders INR 500 and above: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping!

Express Shipping: (Optional - if you offer this)
A faster delivery option is available at checkout for an additional fee of INR 150. Delivery times will be specified at checkout.
All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Order Tracking

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Golden Vine is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Any re-shipping fees due to an incorrect address will be borne by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@goldenvine.in. We will work with the courier service to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods as they may be required for a claim.
